With the ultrasonic sealer, all common plastic and paper valve bags with a sealable external valve can be automatically and hermetically sealed. For the sealing device to work correctly, it is essential that the inside of the external valve has a PE layer of at least 50 microns.

Seals up to a maximum of 1000 bags per hour.
Air consumption is approximately 20 liters per bag.
Electrical consumption is on average 1 kWh.

Multiple standard versions of ultrasonic sealers are available, depending on the method of taking the filled valve bag:
Directly at the filling pipe: available only when purchasing a new filling machine.
Sealing of upright bags (during transport): type VS300.
Sealing of horizontal bags (during transport): type VS500.
Due to the generated vibrations of the sonotrode, the residual product in the valve is vibrated aside, after which a clean seal is created immediately due to the resulting frictional heat. Average seal times vary between 0.5 and 0.7 seconds, depending on the valve construction and materials used.
The robot palletising system is a fully automatic stacker for bagged goods. The stacking capacity per hour depends on several factors:
Distance between the bag take-up position and the stacking location.
Chosen option for self-taking and placing new empty pallets.
Chosen option for taking away full pallets. This can be done automatically with a roller conveyor or manually with a pallet truck or forklift.
Stacking pattern.
Dimensions of the filled bags.
Capacities of up to 500 bags per hour are possible.
Because of the robot's flexibility, multiple options are possible:
Taking empty pallets from a warehouse and placing them on the floor or roller conveyor.
Taking sheets from a warehouse and placing them on an empty pallet, or on the full pallets before wrapping.
Grabbing bags with mechanical grippers from a dedicated roller conveyor.
Gripping bags with a suction cup from a standard conveyor belt.
Shaking bags using a square roller conveyor so that the bag contents distribute evenly.
Pressing bags flat and flat.
Metal detection.
Check weighing.
Ejection of defective bags with leakage and/or that are not up to weight.
Multi-pallet stacking.
Stacking of different bags on different pallets: up to 3 different products on 3 different pallet positions.
